Hi, I’m Helen, your Conscious Career Coach and Focusing Facilitator

As a coach and teacher, I need to be both open and focused for my clients. Yet, of course, I’m also a regular person, like you. And like you, I have about a million things on my plate. I use these techniques often to help me come back to being centred, calm, and to respond intentionally to all that work and life throws at me.

In addition, before I made the Focusing practice part of my life, I often felt stuck, confused, or like my life was out of control. Focusing has helped me understand myself better, and since practising it regularly I’ve been able to shift what were some significant blocks in my life and work.

This workshop is aimed at beginners, but all levels of experience with Focusing welcome.
